Reserve Act and thereby committed the greatest act of TREASON in history. It
surrendered this nation's sovereignty and sold the American people into slavery to
a cabal of arch-charlatan international bankers who proceeded to plunder, bankrupt,
and conquer this nation with a money swindle.
The "money" the bank's issue is merely bookkeeping entries. It cost them nothing
and is not backed by their wealth, efforts, property, or risk. It is not redeemable
except in more debt paper. The Federal Reserve Act forced us to pay compound
interest on thin air. We now use worthless "notes" backed by our own credit that we
cannot own and are made subject to compelled performance for the "privilege".
From 1913 until 1933, the United States paid the "interest" with more and more
gold. The structured inevitability soon transpired: the Treasury was empty, the
debt was greater than ever, and the United States declared bankruptcy. In exchange
for using notes belonging to bankers who create them out of nothing on our own
credit, we are forced to repay in substance (labor, property, land, businesses,
resources, life in ever-increasing amounts. This may have been the greatest heist
and fraud of all time.
When a government goes bankrupt, it loses its sovereignty. In 1933 the United
States declared bankruptcy, as expressed in Roosevelt's Executive Orders 6073,
6102, 6111, and 6260, House Joint Resolution 192 of June 5, 1933, confirmed in
Perry v. the United States, (1935) 294 U.S. 330-381, 79 L.Ed 912, as well as 31 USC
5112, 5119, and 12 USC 95A. The bankrupt United States went into receivership,
reorganized in favor of 115 creditors and new owners. In 1913, Congress turned over
America... lock, stock, and barrel to a handful of criminals whose avowed intent
from the beginning was to plunder, bankrupt, conquer, and enslave the people of the
United States of America and eliminate this nation from the face of the earth. The

The facts; on 12-01-05, I opened savings account at; Northland credit union
in Fargo, ND with a check written out to me from a Canadian company
called A-1 Bags.
. I waited for 2 weeks and the bank called me and told me the funds
were available.
.I then purchased certified checks and bank money orders
FROM this bank.
A few days later, The bank called me and told me the funds were
no longer good and to bring back the CERTIFIED money purchased from
them? I LAUGHED!! The fight was on!!

drop all charges.” I thought only a Governor or president could

I was Then arrested for threatening a public official! Judge Wade
Webb placed a $100,000 bail on me, is this a reasonable bail for a
misnomer harassment charge, with NO THREAT? It was a made-up charge
so they could put me in jail and take down my websites
stopping me from defending myself. ... In a public trial (-;
There is true criminals with way less bail than this. I was kept in a
state of involuntary servitude, constant swat team raids, In and out of jail for
over 2 years, WAITING for my fast and speedy trial, and to defend myself in
court.
I was in and out of jail for everything they could think of
WITH NO VICTIM BUT ME EVER. Every judge removed themself from
this case, they brought in a retired judge for me.
When I was out of jail, I educated this Government of Why this country is

In jail, I was given a 3-foot pile of UNREAD legal briefs in my
defense and factual reasons and proofs why I would not cooperate
with any of them. It would be against my religion, The law, and MY

unreal system. They destroyed my business, career n life. I lost everything I
owned including years of tools I made my living with, 10+ years of hard
research on my computer. I LOST EVERYTHING I OWNED. All because I
demanded a jury trial, It was for over $25, it was MY RIGHT and THEIR
duty. I was In jail for NOT playing by their rules in YOUR COURTHOUSE?
I was told by my “lawyer” Steve Mottinger, If I do not take his plea
agreement, “I WILL HELP CONVICT YOU”. It is all recorded on the Cass
County jail phone and I tried to get a copy, but was told by the Sheriff, ”our
phones do not work this way? Try saying anything
THEY can use it! I do have proof of EVERYTHING I CLAIM!
I spent 2 years and a ton of kangaroo court hearings seeking to
prove my innocence and clear my name as my life went to hell. I
I was a professional property manager who lived in and ran
LUXURY downtown High rises, Condo complexes and 5
star resorts. A criminal record would destroy my career and I
KNEW WHO THE GUILTY REALLY WAS.
By standing to these people, demanding they do their lawful duties,
I almost lost my brother and his boy their lives for standing on the
laws and oaths of YOUR employees, Again, I can prove

I was staying at my brother's home because I could not concentrate
on any work with my life in limbo and me being bankrupted by
these people. I could not let these people get away with this. I have
been a home maintenance contractor for a lot of years and my
brother is the owner of Dan’s Masonry Restoration in Fargo. My
brother raised a family of 2 boys, got married, and also supported 3
girls and a wife, while he started this business, purchased a home
and then was destroyed by this criminal government of thugs. He
was jumped at the back door of his home by the Fargo police, in
the middle of the night, In total darkness, With No warning. The
police jumped, beat, mace, tazed, and sent him to the hospital,
then prison for 2 years for “disarming a cop.” While in prison, This
North Dakota Government STOLE his Winnebago and tried to STEAL his
100% paid off, totally remodeled home for less than one hundred dollars in
property taxes he could not pay while in prison. While he was on parole,
They set up his son to sell drugs seeking to make him a snitch for another
bust. They threatened this 17-year-old kid with 20 years in prison if he did
not play along and be a snitch. He hung himself in the basement of Dan’s
home who cut him down seconds before he was dead. He was in a coma for 3
weeks and is now disabled for life for crimes THEY are guilty of.
I was convicted of theft by deception and threatening an official
because I could not prepare in jail and was sent to prison for every
day of 5 years. In prison, in a notebook, wrote this book so this
does not happen to others. I have spent most of my life in deep
study of what all is wrong with this world and the bottom line is

How can good people make a career out of enforcing bad
laws? The for-the-good-of-society-protect-our-children-
license laws cannot hold Common Sense at bay forever.
Enforcers must either be bad to begin with or become 'bad'
in time by absurd rationalizing and the suppression of their
own Conscience.
Enforcers are only the 'hit-men' for the all-powerful
Prosecutorial State. Bad laws subsidize the Judicial Industry
at the expense of the individuals who make up the 'society'
they are employed to serve. Much of law enforcement's
available resource is applied to retrieving financial fodder to
feed the 'courts.' Much of that fodder consists of unfortunates
who have done nothing intrinsically criminal.
'Well, it's the law.' This is the sorriest excuse ever created to
justify the criminal abuse and financial rape of ones fellow
man. In reality, the most sophisticated of America's criminals
are in our legislatures and legal system. Since there is no
longer an effective separation of powers, it's time we went
after them with something more powerful than wishful
thinking in the form of a vote at election time.
The near-universal and institutionalized disrespect for the Bill
of Rights has greatly diminished the value of the ballot. What
good is 'representative' government in the absence of a legal
system that stands firmly on universal respect for Life,
Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, and the laws of the
land made in pursuance thereof?

If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate
any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District

by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having

If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises
of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment
of any right or privilege so secured—
They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years,
or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this
section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap,
aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual
abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or
imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced
to death.
TITLE 42 > CHAPTER 21 > SUBCHAPTER I > § 1986
§ 1986. Action for neglect to prevent

Every person who, having knowledge that any of the wrongs conspired to be
done, and mentioned in section 1985 of this title, are about to be committed, and
having power to prevent or aid in preventing the commission of the same,
neglects or refuses so to do, if such wrongful act be committed, shall be liable to
the party injured, or his legal representatives, for all damages caused by such
wrongful act, which such person by reasonable diligence could have prevented;
and such damages may be recovered in an action on the case; and any number of
persons guilty of such wrongful neglect or refusal may be joined as defendants in
the action; and if the death of any party be caused by any such wrongful act and
neglect, the legal representatives of the deceased shall have such action therefor,
and may recover not exceeding $5,000 damages therein, for the benefit of the
widow of the deceased, if there be one, and if there be no widow, then for the
benefit of the next of kin of the deceased. But no action under the provisions of
this section shall be sustained which is not commenced within one year after the
cause of action has accrued.
Claims of misconduct brought against officials must be
analyzed from both a factual and legal perspective. This
analysis will necessarily involve a three-step process.
First, the counsel for the defendant must identify and
understand the claimant''s theory of recovery as against his
client--i.e., what must the claimant establish in order to recover
in an action at law?
Second, counsel must consider available defenses. Is the
defendant immune from liability to the claimant and, if so,
under what circumstances?
Finally, if the defendant is not immune from liability, what relief is the
claimant entitled to recover? Simultaneously with the performance of this
analysis, the defense counsel must also take steps to develop whatever
information and documentation may be necessary to defeat the claim, to
support all available defenses, and to minimize or avoid any relief sought by
the claimant.
