GST Above mentioned fees/prices are exclusive of GST and GST will be charged
extra as per applicable rates.

Indian Freight The above price is ex-warehouse of Franchisor and Freight charges will be
borne by the Franchisee as per actuals.

Operating expenses
This LOI will be valid for 30 days since the signing .Franchisee will finalize
the location within 60 days of issuance of letter of intent in consultation with
Franchisor. After signing of the LOI, if the Franchisee is not able to finalize
the Location of Store or delay in handing over the store to Franchisor for
Shop Interior, then this LOI will stand Cancelled and money will be refunded.
Franchisor will take minimum 75 days from the date of handover to complete
the shop interior work. Details of work specification to be done by Franchisor
have been detailed in ‘Annexure A’. All other work including Telephone
Connection and Internet Broadband will be arranged by Franchisee at his
own cost.
The Franchisee will responsible to bear all the operating expenses including
staff cost, Rent, Admin expenses and all other running expenses.

Condition of Showroom The Condition in which Franchisee will hand-over the Showroom to
Franchisor for Interior work has been explained in ‘Annexure A’.

Margin Structure 38% on all products for the tenure of 5 Years
