Why recycling waste engine oil becomes more and more important nowadays?

The number of cars and trucks will continually increase in the future as it has in the past.
With the large number of vehicles on the road, owners of these vehicles must change oil. It
is estimated that about half of car owners’ change oil themselves. This adds up to millions of
gallons oil that must be disposed of each year.

Used engine oil not only contaminates water supplies, it is full of heavy metals, slow to
degrade and effects soils and wildlife Recycling waste engine oil gives automobile owners a
safe way to dispose of their used oil, which can then be re-refined for use in automobiles
again or the waste oil used in waste oil heaters.

Brief introduction of DOING waste oil distillation plant

DOING distillation machine is the latest technology in China pyrolysis industry.

Its design is also unique in China distillation market.
It can be used to process waste plastic oil, waste tires oil and waste engine
oil into diesel. And the diesel got can be used into industrial electricity generator,
tractors, trucks, agricultural vehicles etc.
Oil color also can be ligher or darker according to customer's requirement.

Advantages of DOING waste oil distillation plant

Our pyrolysis oil to diesel distillation plant has some advantages.

1. Vertical reactor with indirect heating system makes the distillation process fast and efficient. With a
vertical design, the residue can be easily discharged without waiting it cooling down.
2. Indirect heating will prolong the service life of reactor
3. After one batch finished, we will pump the waste oil into odor and color removal tank. since the
reator still keeps the temperature, so the other batch can be started, it can be continuous working for
every 3 batches.
4.Better oil quality.The oil color can be darker or lighter according to customers’ requirement.

Final products and output rate

The oil output of our waste oil distillation machine is about 85%. The rest
includes 10% bitumen and 5% excess gas. The excess gas will recycle to
furnace as the auxiliary heating fuel. Different from waste pyrolysis plant, the
gas emission of our distillation machine is much less, since its oil ouput is very
high, most of the waste oil can be refined into the final product-diesel, there are
small amount of excess also recycled as a heating purpose.

How we do the environment protection?

There are mainly 4 possible sources of pollution for the waste pyrolysis/engine oil
recycling to diesel machine, and they are respectively Water Pollution, Air Pollution,
Bad Smell and Noise Pollution.
与其它化工设备一样，废旧轮胎/塑料炼油设备可能造成的污染无非有4种，分别是水污染，
大气污染，气味和噪音污染。下面重点介绍下我们是怎样避免或最大的程度减小炼油设备
可能产生的以上几种污染，确保设备至少达到国标甚至欧美国家的排放标准。

 No water pollution
无水污染

The water used in the whole recycling

system is divided into two parts.
One part functions as cooling water for
cooling down the hot oil gas, and it
circulating, the water-in is the same as the
water-out, so there is no any pollution.
在废轮胎/塑料炼油设备运行当中，涉及到两种水，
一种是作为循环的冷却水，在整个油气冷凝过程中，
冷却水不参与任何化学反应，从进水口进入的水和
从出水口出来的水是完全一样的，没有受到任何污
染，水本身也是干净的。 另外一种是除尘时候用
到的水，主要用来在化学剂的作用下脱去烟气里面
的硫，同时净化烟气。除尘水可以一直在除尘水池
里被循环利用，无需排放，也是没有污染的。

The other part is as rinse water to remove the sulphur and dust in the flue gas
purifying process, which is also recycled and no need to discharge it but add it
regularly with its evaporating.

脱硫工艺原理简介

脱硫过程完成之后，除尘水任然是中性的，水中只有
些许亚硫酸钙沉淀，而亚硫酸钙不会造成任何的水污
染，它反而是污水处理厂净化污水的时候经常用到的
一种化学物质。

The incondensable oil gas (exhaust oil gas) is recycled to the furnace as auxiliary
heating fuel instead of releasing directly to the air, so there is no oil gas pollution.

The flue gas with sulfur dioxide will be

cleaned by gas professional gas scrubbing
system with the basic rinse water. The
smoke from the chimney is white color and
as clean as water steam.
经过我们专业脱硫工艺的处理，从烟囱里排
出的烟气是白色的，而且很干净。
According to customer feedback, after
burning the exhaust gas, there will be bad
smell produced. So now we equip one odor
removal device( inside is activated carbon)
in front of the gas scrubbing system to
absorb the bad smell.
活性炭除味装置能有效的吸附尾气燃烧产生
的不好闻的气味。

There is H₂ S in the exhaust gas,

which is poisonous with bad smell.
We are using the newly invented
catalyst. It can effectively remove
H₂ S from exhaust gas and
guarantee no pollution from
exhaust gas burning.

净化脱硫，除去硫化氢气体，避免
燃烧产生难闻气味。

刹克隆加脉冲除尘，除尘效率能达到99.9%，灰尘排放能控制在30mg/nm^3以内，而且整
个过程中没有污水的排放。

No noise pollution
无噪音污染

The noisiest part of our machine is the drat fan. Its noise is less than 50dB.
我们的废旧轮胎/塑料运行过程中最大的噪音来源于引风机，它产生的噪音低于50dB,
远低于国家规定的工业噪音标准85dB.
