PROJECT TASK:-
This project should be conducted in group of 3 and it will cover 30% from your carry
mark. Your group have to choose any airline company around the world and need to
present about the airline. Your group will also perform a 15-minute role play of In-
Flight Passenger Announcements.

2. Motto of airline
3. Types of aircraft
4. Services provided and company operations
5. Airlines destinations route
6. Airline’s privileges
7. Airline ticket / boarding pass
8. Importance of air transport in tourism industry
9. Suggestion and conclusion

Requirements for role play:

- Your group have to perform a role play of In-Flight Passenger
Announcements.
- Please keep in mind that airline announcement scripts can vary greatly
according to the time of day, the length of the flight, the aircraft type, the
origin and destination and of course, the airline. Your announcements
should cover this following elements.
o Boarding

o Door closure

o Safety demonstration

o Take-off / ascent

o Turbulence

o Descent / final

o Landing

o Any related issues
