Tractor Supply Welcomes Diversity and Inclusion Officer

Aaron Huang Brings New Perspectives to Support Diversity Initiatives

Aaron Huang, 37, joins Tractor Supply Company in a newly

created position as Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. Huang has

previously worked at Carhartt, as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Officer; John Deere, as an Investor Relations Officer; and Ace

Hardware, as the Commerce and Strategy Lead. Before emerging into

the corporate sector, Huang earned a bachelor’s degree in management from Princeton

University, and an MBA in human resource management from the University of Notre Dame,

specializing in workplace diversity. Huang serves on the Princeton University President’s

Diversity and Inclusion Commission and the board of directors of the Asian American Legal

Defense and Education Fund.
