    Good Greetings.

    This is to apology for not having submitted immediately the documents as


    required by the Chief of Presidential Protocol and Presidential Assistant on
    Foreign Affairs, ROBERT E.A. BORJE considering that my name has been
    included as member of the Philippine Delegation in connection with the
    participation of President Rodrigo Duterte to Nikkei International
    Conference on the Future of Asia in Tokyo, Japan on this 30 th to 31st of May
    2019. In this view, the said requirements are hereby submitted to date for
    compliance.
