CSSUPT. ARTURO N. SABADISTO for his leadership in launching the official journal of the NBP Quadrant East, aptly called “The Journey.”
I also extend my congratulations to the Editors
and staff of “The Journey” for their hard work and participation in developing this publication.
Your journal is vitally important to our Bureau’s
mandate of reforming persons deprived of liberty as they “journey” towards their eventual re-integration into mainstream society as law- abiding and God-fearing reformed citizens.
In addition, “The Journey” demonstrates the
innovation and dedication of our Corrections Officers and Corrections Technical Officers in the Bureau’s Reformation programs. It is also encouraging to find that a number of our brother PsDL are enthusiastically joining in this project.
I wish each of you great success as you continue
your “Journey” and commend you for a job well done.
