Prepare supplies for everyday and maintain inventory items during peak
hours
Organize staff schedule
Taking care of three outlets in the hotel
Answer customer service issue quickly and ensure total satisfaction from
all the guests.
Resolve customer complaints regarding food service.
Train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety
procedures.
Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service
and conformance to standards.
Develop equipment maintenance schedules and arrange for repairs.
Control inventories of food, equipment, small ware, and liquor, and report
shortages to designated personnel.
Perform food preparation and serving duties, such as carving meat,
preparing flambé dishes, or serving wine and liquor.
