Organizational environment is an action of the management body that is
influenced by the environment. Forces or institution surrounding an organization
that affect performance, operations, and resources.   

2.Discuss lengthily the various types of organizational environment?

There are two types of organizational environment these are Internal
Environment and External Environment. The first one is an internal environment it
is forces or conditions or surroundings with in the boundary of the organization this
are the elements of internal environment of organization. And the second one is
external environment consists of entities, conditions and factors surrounding the
organization that influence choices and activities and determine its opportunities
and threats.

3.What are the primary objectives and how important is the environment

organization to a business?
The objectives environment organization is understand the interdependencies of
risks and potential effects. Improve business plan execution through a better
understanding of the nature of certain risks and their potential impacts on the
organization's objectives

4.Differentiate the internal environment to the external environment? And give

examples for each type of environment.
Difference Between Internal and External Environment is that internal
environment is specific and has a direct impact on the business, whereas external
environment has an impact on all business groups, not just one particular business.
Example to internal Owners, Board of director, Employees and culture for External
competitors, Customers, Suppliers, Regulators, Strategic partners.
