    Symptoms

    Is it possible to approve Purchase Orders and Requisitions Via Mobile Technology devices such as Blackberry, Smart Phone, or PDA ?

    Patch:5402087 has already been applied

    Cause

    Code Problem where correcting the Content-Type detection by examining the subtype only.

    Solution

    Patch:5479427 is available to have this functionality. This patch needs to


    be applied on top of Patch:4676589 11.5.10 CONSOLIDATED UPDATE (RUP4) FOR ATG.

    Please note this patch only supports plain text email preference.

    This is possible only in release 11.5.10 (with patches 5479427 and 4676589) and is not available via these patches in 11.5.9 and lower.
