The selected video described that university breaches data where patients’ personal information was

stolen. It was recognized as a phishing attack because unauthorized user access website database and
stolen patient information. It was real security breach by university of Louisville. However, it was
unintentional release of confidential information because attackers get access website database and
stolen patient’s personal information. The video shows the division of nephrology where accessibility of
username accessed by attacker by putting malicious activity on computer system. However, the
organization should strengthen their control system to get rid of online security breach and standardized
the process of authenticate users.
