Government policies and laws specifically maintain social inequality by managing or maintaining
inequality under the law. The law gives a reason or argues when women are not equal under law. The
law improvises various arguments to treat women equally because most of the time, women are not
equally paid as compared to men. The inequality impact social life of women. For this reason, women
face more poverty than man and such high-level of poverty among women created social hardships.

2. The role of government is very significant to manage people's life experiences and maximize their
living standards. In this regard, it is necessary to implement laws and policies to make sure that every
man and woman are equally treated in the social class. There is a need to develop social justice system
to protect women and achievement of this model can give power to women and can work equally as
same men.

I agree with your stated description on the role of government that must implement policies and laws
for social equality. Men are getting higher pay which leads to higher poverty level for women and
creates difficulties to survive in the life. The diversification is crucial for government which represent
various identities and create complexity to maintain every social class within U.S.

I am glad to see your post that government laws and policies should be consistent with social equality
otherwise women will be effected due to higher poverty and low income as compared to men. It is true
that U.S states are diversified but stagnant laws should be proposed which manage gender gap and
discrimination otherwise the society will face social inequality.
