The Job Specification for President HR of company Alpha Beta was being discussed
during a corporate meeting. The CEO was asked to rate on the attributes’ combinations
required for the said profile. The rating is conducted on a scale from 1-9 (1 = least desirable
and 9 = most desirable) The following 4 attributes were zeroed on as the most relevant
attributes. The levels of consideration, the effect codes and the dummy variables used in the
analysis are also mentioned alongside:
