consideration of the sum of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 18,
000.00) to me in hand paid by ANDRIAN SINSON OLASO, of legal age,
Filipino, married, and a resident of Zone 8 Tinago, Ligao City, DO
HEREBY, SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER AND CONVEY unto said ANDRIAN
SINSON OLASO his transferees, heirs and assigns, a motor vehicle of
which I am the lawful owner and more particularly described as follows:

Registration Number 173445786, and that it has not been used for any illegal
purpose and is free from all liens and encumbrances, in favor of any person or
entity.
