Before we can prepare a written estimate of costs we need certain information about your organisation and staff, so if
complete all the application form and return it to the address shown on the front page, we will then submit a quotation

Your application does not commit you to using our services in any way, and no application fee will be charged.

Any quotation given by Bureau Veritas Certification will be based on the information provided in this application.

The ISO/TS 16949 certification scheme requires that Bureau Veritas Certification analyses the under mentioned inform

ISO/TS 16949 certification is only applicable to sites of an CUSTOMER where customer specified
production parts and/or service parts, are manufactured and supplied to customers in the OEM automotive
supply chain.

Manufacturing shall be understood as "the processes of making or fabricating production materials,

If you are currently certified for ISO/TS 16949 by another certification body, please be aware that
the audit days can be equivalent to a recertification audit only if all the following conditions are met:
- you did not changed your certification body within the previous 3 year period
- your current ISO/TS 16949 certificate is valid
- if you were in any IATF OEM special status, your existing certification body has conducted at least
one onsite audit to verify the effective implementation of the identified corrective actions
- if your current ISO/TS 16949 was suspended within the previous twelve months because of IATF
OEM complaint, special status or non-conformity at surveillance, your existing certification body has
conducted at least one onsite audit to verify the effective implementation of the identified corrective
actions
- you provide BVC with previous audit report and all findings issued by the existing certification body
for the site and any remote support functions in the last 3 years
- any auditor who audited your site during the last 3 year period will not be able to audit your site
during the next 3 years.
