REPORT ON ACQUISITION

The budget for the proposed period of support is estimated for xxx months with a projected period of
performance through dates.

The following provides a detailed description of the components of the ROWSA

1. Land area to be acquired - The project footprint covers approximately 10,500


square meters, of which nearly 97% is for the alignment,
2% for the two depots in the cities of Ovao and the
remaining 1.5% for the eight stations. The total number
of parcels to date are 3,066.

2. Land classification - Barangay, where the station in M City will be located, is within
a general residential area. The alignment will also
traverse the strategic crop subdevelopment zone of
Barangay San.

Going south, the alignment is situated mostly in the


agricultural land areas of P City and C Municipality.

In D City, the alignment will cut through land with


different classifications. From the north, it will pass
through agricultural and medium and heavy industrial
zones of the City. When it passes through the alignment
will traverse a high-density residential area. As it moves
further south of the city, the
alignment will be positioned in medium density residential
areas. The southernmost portion of the railway track will
pass through the agro-industrial areas i
