In 1962, Baliga Lighting pioneered the concept of explosion protection for lighting equipments in India. And
ever since, we've been leading the industry in terms of product range, quality control and service standards.

In India, we were the first to manufacture Exe enclosures in FRP, and a unique FLP Electro Pneumatic Hot
Air PVC Sealing System.

Our instrumentation division, set up to design and manufacture Orifice Assemblies, Nozzles, Venturies and
other flow products with the latest sizing software took the industry one step further.

Today, we are increasingly sought after for our range of lighting consultancy services that again very few
have the expertise to offer. Advice on area classification, selection and maintenance of Ex equipment, are the
other advisory services offered to our customers.

We were the first to receive ISO 9001:2000 certification for system excellence in design, manufacturing, and
testing of Ex equipment, non-industrial equipment, flow elements and FLP Hot Air Sealing Systems in India.
