    Christian Ecumenical School, Inc. are having our “Culminating Activity: Business Ethics and
    Social Responsibility under. As an output in the said subject, we are tasked to interview about
    the code of ethics/conduct of a business organization.

    We would like to ask for your permission to gather some information on November 30, 2017
    (between 3pm to 5pm of the said date/s) regarding your company’s background, corporate
    culture, ethical leadership and code of ethics/conduct. The information will be gathered using a
