Production. High Pressure Hoses

“Professional” company produces high pressure hoses, using Manuli, Verso, Teknohose and
Parker components, with modern high-technology equipment from Uniflex (Germany). Hoses
quality is the main condition of machines faultless operation. That’s why highest quality
requirements are imposed upon hoses quality.
At each stage of hose production process
inspection and quality control are done.
Manufactured hoses are tested on the
test board.

• Frost-resistant rubber components (up to -55°C) –
Manuli, Verso, Teknohose, Parker (Italy).
All hoses are made using Italian components on
Uniflex equipment (Germany).

Hydraulic Pipelines

Orbital welding is the only way to provide maximum high
quality of a pipeline weld, its hermeticity and total absence
of welding wastes on the internal surfaces of a pipeline.
Thus maximum cleanness of an excavator hydraulic system
is achieved and there is no chance to damage expensive
hydraulic equipment.

Total time of pipelines mounting onto an excavator makes

2 days:
1st day — pipeline mounting,
2nd day — diagnostics and adjustment.

Hydraulic piping of an excavator is made of the following

parts:
• Pipelines along boom and arm
• Control piping in the cab including installation of pedal
and control block
• Platform pipelines connected to the main control valve.

welding area.
Orbital welding is the only way to provide
maximum high quality of a pipeline weld, its

• Breakers are made in a vibration-absorbing
housing reducing hydraulic impact during the
Super Blunt Tool breaker operation; due to this better protection
is intended for piles driving in
(coastline strengthening) of an excavator attachments and of all the
sliding hinge connections is achieved. There is

is no chance for dust and abrasive substance
to get inside of the breaker main body.
