Due to Covid-19 –
The ISO Group announce the availability of Online LMS for all competency certification
programme. This Online LMS encompasses:
Knowledge-based

• Trainees will use the Online LMS to learn from a self-paced class to an
online group discussion (webinar style)
• Trainees will undertake the assessment via the Online LMS
• Instantaneous results and e-certification will be provided and
downloadable

Skills-based

• Virtual reality simulator and optionally a remote monitoring system

• Allows assessment of the trainee’s skills competency from a safe distance
for the assessor and trainees
• Allow trainees to be assessed according to the required standards and
learning objectives for the relevant programme.

Attitude-based

• Giving an insight to understand their behaviour and character

• Undergoing the relevant certification programme during the Online LMS
• Allows recording to see the participants attitude and character during their
assessment.

1- What I Learned?
I learned how to get the right information for the registration.

I train my brain to find the right information to put it in the suitable place.

In my future job, I need to think logically to manage my data. If I wrongly

insert the data, the result will end up being wrong or incorrect. As quoted
by my supervisor, “Garbage in, garbage out”.

What I Learned?
As a supporting staff for the training class, I got the chance to observe & watch the
proper way to ensure our safety while handling our equipment in our job

In oil & gas industry, there are so many equipment will be used such as: 1. Mobile
Crane, 2. Crawler Crane, 3. Tower Crane

I realized that all equipments have procedure to handle in

order to avoid accident

1- What I Learned?
I learned that knowledge is important in our work life although it is
not part of our work.

Out of sea, there is no hospital in sight, with the knowledge that I have, I
can help aid the injured person while waiting for help to arrive.

From the defensive driving training, I learned how to properly response

when facing an emergency situation.
