Dear Team,

It is with great interest that I came across the recent posting of the Executive-Production / Manufacturing /
Maintenance profile in the MFG Operations & SCM division with your esteemed organization in Kala Amb,
Himachal Pradesh location.
At present, I am seeking an opportunity with you to prove my caliber and enthusiasm for making new
ventures & new benchmark standards with your client by implementing the learning & skill Level improved
at my current Organization.
 I started my career at Pidilite Industries Limited in January 2016, where my major objectives are
optimizing manpower, enhancing innovation and productivity with smooth plant operations and
delivery of qualitative products. My prime challenge is to improve the performance requirements
and follow-up of the machine, to improve the design in order to improve efficiency.
 On behalf of Project Paribartan, I have been held accountable for the cost saving projects by
Accenture, where my key responsibility is to execute the project and to be responsible for the
enhancement.
 Responsible for FAT, installation, commissioning and establishment of the production standards of
both the Mseal and Fevikwik Brown Field Projects.
 I had also been given responsibility for the start-up and training of the production process of the
Green Field Project of Mseal in Kala Amb 3.

In my past 5 years of career, I have been part of many creative small group activities & Kaizens that have
earned me appreciation, respect and defect-free & economic results. I have a clear propensity to coordinate
training & education, thereby leading the Education & Training pillar of TPM.

I fully understand that working for such an organization as Pidilite Industries Limited demands an individual
who is confident, team-oriented and willing to communicate with individuals in various departments and
