Upgrade TCU Software

 
Note: The software upgrade requires an SFTP server running on your PC.
The software and configuration files will be downloaded from your PC to the TCU.
See section 1.

Enter the following commands:

OSmon> uselocalsftp on
 

OSmon> startswsession 1

OperationSucceeded

OSmon> downloadsw 1 sftp://TCU:TCU@192.168.1.2/TCU/tcu02_sw.tar

OperationSucceeded
 

OSmon> getswsessionstatus 1

DownloadInProgress

OperationSucceeded

Wait approximately 5 minutes for the software download to complete.

OSmon> getswsessionstatus 1

DownloadCompleted

OperationSucceeded

When the software download is completed,

activate the software using the following command:
 

OSmon> activatesw 1

OperationSucceeded

The TCU will restart and connectivity will be lost.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Check TCU Software upgrade was successful

Log in to the TCU and enter the following commands:
 

OSmon> getswsessionstatus 1

ActivationCompleted

OperationSucceeded
 

OSmon> endswsession 1
