DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE made and entered into this 7th of August 2015 at
Taguig City by and between;

MUHAMMAD ALI N. USMAN, of legal age, married/single,

with residence address at Maharlika Village, Lower Bicutan,
Taguig City, hereinafter referred to as the “SELLER”

-and-

DANIEL T. SAGADAN, of legal age, Filipino citizen,

married/single, with residence address at Tawi-Tawi St., Maharlika
Village, Taguig City, and herein known as the “BUYER”

WITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the absolute and registered owner of the following motor
vehicle, more particularly described as follows:

SERIAL NO. : KYT00013022
PLATE NO. : MG7489
FILE : 1226-00000120479

WHEREAS, the SELLER desires to sell the aforesaid motorcycle and the BUYER is
able, willing and ready to purchase the same under the terms and conditions herein below set
forth:

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum total of THIRTY

THOUSAND PESOS (P30,000.00), Philippine currency, VAT inclusive and receipt hereof is
hereby acknowledged by the said SELLER, the SELLER hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER
and CONVEY unto the BUYER, in a manner absolute and irrevocable the above-described
motorcycle unit, free from all liens and encumbrances whatsoever.

The SELLER warrants that the motorcycle unit is free from any liens and encumbrances
and that said SELLER shall defend the title and rights of the BUYER from any claims of
whatever kind or nature from third persons.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused these presents to be signed this 7 th
day of August, 2015.
