Doing sports outside is better than doing sports inside?

Notes:

1. Which is more enjoyable

2. Which is cheaper

3. Which is more risky

It is said that working out outside has better results than working out inside, but is it true?

Firstly, it must be taken into account the variety of people tastes. Some people would rather
do sports in an unenclosed area because they might like being in contact with nature.
However, others might find more suitable doing sports in an enclosed area such as a gym or
even their own homes.

Secondly, the costs of sport clubs increase by the past of the years and, as a result, not many
people can afford them as the used to. On the other hand, it seems more suitable to choose
other sports we can do outdoors, for instance, taking a walk or running in a park.

Thirdly, there is risk at any sports you can think of. From doing a class of pilates in a fitness
centre, being in a swimming pool, to climbing the Everest. Nevertheless, danger must not be
an impediment if we want to do the activity.

To conclude, it seems to me that in spite of the advantages of doing sports indoors, I would
prefer doing sports outside.
