Cookies 'n Cream Cake Prep: 30 mins

Very good, simple cake to make. Always gets a
lot of attention. Total: 1 hr 25 mins

Yield: 1 9 inch layer cake

Ingredients Directions
1 (18.25 ounce) package white Step 1
cake mix Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour
two 9 inch round cake pans.
1 ¼ cups water

In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, water, oil, and 3 egg whites with

an electric mixer on high speed for 2 minutes. Gently stir in crushed

Bake for 25 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a knife

remaining confectioners' sugar until creamy. Frost the cake, and
