This is a great opportunity to be part of an established team that’s continuing to look for
growth opportunities, working with worldwide leading customers and developing cutting
edge solutions in the areas of consumer electronics, mobile computing and
communications.

Responsibilities:
- Discussion of specification needs with system engineers and translating customer
requirements into design requirements for DCDC converters.
- Perform conceptual studies and architecture reviews for new DCDC converters
- Block-level modelling to ensure the DCDC converter meets the system level
specifications.
- Creation of building-block specifications to implement transistor-level designs.
- Implementation of design-for-test concepts for DCDC converters in collaboration with
test, validation, verification, and digital design engineers.
- Transistor-level design of analog circuits, e.g. gm-stages, comparators, linear
regulators, and gate-drivers.
- Setup of mixed-signal testbenches to ensure block-level specifications are met.
- Thorough documentation of testbench and verification results
- Lead and participate in design and specification reviews
- Monitoring and supervision of the IC layout to minimize parasitic effects.
- Presentation and discussion of circuit implementation and simulation results with
customers.

Requirements:
- Master degree with major in EE and at least 3+ years of experience a must
- Hands-on experience in designing analog ICs: op amps, comparators, bandgap references, voltage
regulators, current limits, and gate drive circuits
- Solid knowledge of feedback loop analysis and designs
- Solid understanding of silicon process technology, HV process a plus
- Strong understanding of DCDC converter control-loop theory, especially peak-/valley-current-control, as
well as constant frequency/quasi-constant frequency systems.
- Be able to do lab test/debug and familiar with basic lab equipment: oscilloscopes, digital multimeters,
power supplies, etc.
- Familiarity with Cadence design tools and HSPICE/PSPICE/Spectre simulators
- Strong work ethic and highly self-motivated
- Good English speaking/reading/writing skills
