3-The refrigerant used in the machine non-poisonous and non-flammable, due to it is heavier
than air, the refrigerant will cover on floor when leakage. so please keep a good air fluency to
avoid choke.
4- When cleaning the machine, to wipe it with neutral water, do not using acidic material or
alkaline material which can cause a color-fade and malfunction the button
5-If having the leakage of refrigerant, please contact with the maintenance center, and notice,
do not have any visible fire in working site ,because the refrigerant will decompose the
poisonous gas when meeting the fire
6-Stop the machine and keep the connection with electricity under the 0℃ weather for
protecting the water system pipe from frost freezing, if customer will stop using for a long
time ,please cut off the power source and exhaust the water.

1-The cement concrete base, demands:
1)-the surface should be solid ,firm and leveling ,and bear the weight as large again as the

2)-During building the base ,please have these handle : put in helical binding with a 9.5 mm
diameter, bundled them in two layers ,keep a 10cm width between two steels.
3)-When build a cement base on floor, please keep the surface coarse and construct after
cleaning and keeping an adequate water.

board shows ″15 code ″. Within one hour, if appears 3 times, it will lock and can not reset. Remarks: Do not cover on air outlet of machine. Please keep the distance more than 200mm

2- Electricity lines allocation：
A-The power capacity and the route of electricity wire should
be chose according to design manual ,the diameter of
machine electricity wire should be larger than the ordinary one
B-And make sure whether the earth wire is effective
3-Trial running: Only the machine connect the power more
than 12 h ,can user take a test run
4-The connection and installation of machine pipe : when
connecting the water inlet pipe and water outlet pipe of
machine , please use two pliers on these two joints ,and
make sure the pipes no moving .(refer to following picture)

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
After 60 seconds ,if return water temperature ＜ 5℃, the compressor will be working. The
machine will be off when the temperature of water tank reaches 15℃, otherwise, it is off until 60
seconds after enter first anti-frozen.
5.Four-way valves: When cooling power off, heating power on. The compressor is working for 20
seconds at the beginning , the four-way valves will power off after 10 seconds.　
6.Crankshaft heating: If environment temperature ＜ 8℃ and compressor was off over 1 minute,
then crankshaft heating will working. Before 1 minute of the compressor reaches the starting
condition and environment temperature ＞ 10℃，crankshaft heating off. And it off when
environment sensor default.
7.Auxiliary Electric heater: When environment temperature ≤ 10℃, it starts. When
environment temperature ≥ 12℃, it off.
8.Water pump mode: Normal mode: the return water temperature reaches the set temperature
not stopping. Special mode: the return water temperature reaches the set temperature stopping.
9.Defrosting electric heating control: On only defrosting.
10.Safety valve control: When environment temperature ＞ 5℃ and discharge temperature ＞
105℃, it starts. When environment temperature ＜ 5℃ and discharge temperature ＞5 ℃ return
water temperature, it starts. When discharge temperature ＜ 2 ℃ return water temperature, it
closes.
11.Anti cold wind relay: On cooling starts. On heating, if return water temperature ≤35℃ ,it
closes. But ＞ 37℃, it starts.
Protection function
1. The compressor have 3 minutes delay protection, the shortest operation time of same
compressor is 90 seconds, the interval for start/ stop of different compressor is 10 seconds.
2. When the circulating water pump running, if the water flow switch off for 10 seconds, the
compressor and water pump will power off. After 3 minutes automatically reset and unlock.
3. Anti-frozen switch: When anti-frozen switch continued to off for 2 seconds, the compressor
immediately stop. After the anti-frozen switch on, it will automatically resume operation.
4. High pressure protection:( high pressure switch power off ) In 3 times/hour, the display board is
not shows ″pressure protection″. After pressure recovery, the compressor re-start after 3
minutes; Over 3 times/hour, the controller will lock this default. The compressor can not re-start
whether or not pressure switch reset. The display board shows error code.
5. Low pressure protection: In defrosting not detect the low pressure switch. It will be detect on
heating and cooling working after 3 minutes. Then ( high pressure switch power off ) in 3
times/hour,the display board is not shows ″pressure protection ″. After pressure recovery, the
compressor re-start after 3 minutes; Over 3 times/hour, the controller will lock this default. The
compressor can not re-start whether or not pressure switch reset. The display board shows error
code.
6. Sensor fault:
a. Environment sensor fault: Stop and the display board shows error code. The machine is
running properly after recover.
b. Coil sensor fault: Stop and the display board shows error code. The machine is running
properly after recover.
c. Out put water sensor fault: The machine is stop.
