Adverbs of frequency tell us how often something happens. For example: daily, weekly, yearly.

The adverb goes next to the verb.

EXAMPLE:

I usually have cereal for breakfast.

She sometimes plays football.

I always go to the cinema.

I sometimes watch TV.

I never go to museums.

To ask about frequency we us “HOW OFTEN”

EXAMPLE:
How often do you eat?

How often does she play tennis?

How often do you study?

How often does he read?
