Aluminum Composite Panel Systems
(with stiffeners)
• Cavern Exterior Walls will Utilize:

• Panels will be approximately 1 ½” thick with a ½” thick composite


aluminum face panel attached to stiffeners and aluminum tubes

• Lightweight Construction

• Aluminum panels are approx. 2ft x 9ft max and have returns on all
sides. Gauge sufficient to prevent deflection/ warping and
denting. Panels designed for harsh environs.

• Self-alignment of panel system

• 1” Thick GFRC panels installed with the same panel system as the
Aluminum Composite Panels and are lightweight and have superior
strength. Average weight 40 to 50 pounds.
