 Synopsis

1. Introduction
There has been an Alumni Management System to manage the record of all the alumnis
of a college.
The current trend of research and their specialized field is also included in the project.
The current aim of this project is to keep the updated record of all the alumnis of a
college and make it available to everyone who visit a college’s alumni’s portal.
The project Alumni Information System which allows get together old students and new
students of a college to communicate with each other.The main purpose of this project is
to provide all the details about alumni of the college.Alumni can also provide public
posts on the system about possible job opportunities or college related news.Alumni
Information System will help colleges and students to be in contact with alumni.

2. Motivation

Motivation goes here to all the alumnis who are making us proud by making a triumph in
their field. They can be helpful to the students who are currently pursuing their bachelors
from this college by providing some ideas.

3. Related work

We have also created a project that links students of all the years together for the sharing
of ideas and notes.It proved to be very helpful for the students in terms sof their studies
and career guidance.

4. Proposed Method (if any)

In this section we describe a way to solve the problem of students who don’t get an
exposure to the outer industrial field by linking them the ealumnis of our college.
5. Methodology

We are designing a software for keeping the record of all the aluminis.
We will use python as the main programming language and sql as the back-end database
language.
It is made of following two parts:-

* Front-End Section:-

This section consists of all the graphical portion of our project.The part that will
be resembled to the user. Multiple windows will appear for the retrieval of the alumni
data.

* Back-End Section:-

This section is the back portion of our project.It contains all the data of the
alumni in a database.It is usually done with the help a Structured Query Language.

By connecting these portions with the help of a connector , we will be able

to retrieve all the needed data from the database for the purpose of searching, updation
and retrieval.

6. Plan of work

Our project Alumni Management System started it’s building process in January,2019.

All steps completion:-

1. Front-End View :-
In the month of January and February, we completed the front portion of our
project that include the graphical portion that appears to the user.

2. Back-End View :-
In the month of March and April, we did the completion of back-end and then
connecting both the portions of our program, we rendered a full working project that may
be deployed for it’s full time job.
