• 4 oz goat cheese

• 2 cloves minced garlic
• 16 oz of sharp cheddar cheese cut into bite-size
cubes • 2 tbsp of chopped fire roasted peppers
• 4 oz cream cheese room temp & cubed • 1 tsp dried parsley if you have fresh, do 1 TBSP
• 1.5 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce • 1.5 oz salami (about 6 slices)
