Ref.: Conditions for ESI [tronic] subscriptions for

new and existing customers.

If you want to use information from Bosch provided by the

ESI[tronic] program you have to subscribe with ESI[tronic]
service line.
Your local Agent, A-part Company, shall handle this
subscription. Therefore you subscribe with A-part Company
while we will subscribe with ESI [tronic] Service line on
your behalf.

A The following regulations will apply for this

subscription.
1. The user is only entitled to use the information on
ESI [tronic] for the period of the subscription.
2. By ending the subscription, the subscriber will have
to return all data media to the handler and remove all
related software from his computer(s).
3. The information itself is the property of Robert Bosch
GmbH.
4. The subscriber has to pay the respective subscription
fees at the beginning of each calendar year to the
handler (A-part company).
5. If the subscriber subscribes not at the beginning of
the calendar year, he will be charged the subscription
fees partially and at the beginning of the
subscription period.
6. The subscriber may install the software on up to 3
computers at any time; however the following
conditions do apply:
7. All 3 computers must be in the possession of the
subscriber and used within his premises for his (the
subscribers) commercial activities only. If A-part
company receives notice that the information has been
misused e.g. given to a third party; A-part has the
right to terminate the subscription with immediate
effect without prior notice. Charges due will be not
affected and have to be settled by the subscriber.

B Cancellation of subscription:
1. The subscription can only be cancelled to the end of
the calendar year with a notice period of 3 month.
2. However it is not possible to cancel in the year the
subscription has initially been established.
3. If the subscriber wants to cancel the subscription,
his written cancellation note has to arrive at A-part
Company, Technical Support Centre, 90 days before the
end of the year.
4. The same applies if the subscriber wants to cancel his
subscription only partially by unsubscribing to
particular information.
5. If the subscriber wants to extend the information he
is subscribing to, he can do that at any time but he
will be charged the additional information.
6. If the subscriber does not cancel his subscription in
a timely manner, his subscription will be
automatically renewed for another year.
