Sub: Educational Visit-Request for grant of permission to visit your esteemed institution

We introduce ourselves as the Foundation of Wahid Hasyim Islamic Boarding School of

Yogyakarta, Indonesia. With regard to the agenda of our students on 21 st – 23rd February 2019 in
Malaysia Tech Expo (MTE) 2019 event, we intend to connect a relationship with your institution
through an educational visit. This visit aims to motivate our students for better know universities
in Malaysia and cultivate a proclivity to continue study abroad especially in International Islamic
University Malaysia (IIUM).
As part of our educational visit, we would like to inform that our delegations to Malaysia
amounted to 6 students, 3 teachers and 1 principal. The visitation will be held on 23 rd February
2019 at 01.00 – 03.00 PM (two hours). It would be our great honor if we can visit your
institution.
