8. Q. The development levy will be used for what?

10. When will my plot be allocated?


a. After full payment. ( Instant paper allocation, physical allocation preceding month)

11. Q. What do I get after completion of payment for the land?


a. Receipt, letter of allocation, estate covenant, survey plans and deeds of assignment.
Note: all documents, including deeds of contract and deed of assignment shall be
produced in accordance with the name on the information supplied by you.

a. The transaction is interest free.

16. Q. Can I start construction or building on the land now?


a. You can start building on the land after completion of full payments & development
levy.

17. Q. Is the road to the Estate good and motorable? Even during raining season?
a. Yes, the road to the Estate is motorable round the year.
18. Q. Is there any restriction as to the type of building I can build?
a. Yes, you are limited to building residential building within the areas designated as
residential and commercial building as areas designated as commercial. (Tenement
house type (popularly known as face me I face you) is not permitted.

19. Q. Is there any time limit to commence work on my land after allocation?
a. Allotees are encourages to take possession and develop their plot within 1 year of
allocation in order to control weeds. In a case where the land is unkempt, the
developer will enter on the land to keep it tidy and expenses incurred will be
transferred to you. Non development within the time frame could lead to revocation
and reallocation in other part of the Estate.
