 Contact details of the zonal coordinators and transport coordinators for all the seven zones

 Contact details of the terminal in charges and terminal coordinators for all the 85 terminals

Inspection Format / Checklist, Portal & Training:

 We need the updated inspection report format for the project. We have the old formats (we

have used till early 2019) which I am attaching for your reference. Kindly let us know if we

need to follow the same format or there are any changes.

 Kindly share the access credential of the HPCL's inspection portal. Also, please confirm, if we

need to only use HPCL's inspection portal for uploading the reports (since it's accessible

from the internet now) or should we use only our own portal for the inspection.

 We would be imparting training to the team at the pan-India location. We would request you to

let us know the suitable terminals where we can conduct these training in the presence of

HPCL officer so expectations w.r.t. the inspections are clear since the project initiation. 

 Live streaming / recording of the training. 

Terminal wise TT related information:


 As we have discussed, in order to do better planning for the project, we need day-wise

projection/filling schedule of each tank trucks for each terminal so we can schedule the

inspection keeping the surprise factor of the inspection in place.

 If possible, we would also require historic data (for past 3-6 months) of the day-wise filling

schedule of each tank trucks for each terminal. This will help us to understand the trends of

the tank truck filling at each terminal, based on which we can do inspection planning.   

Information related to non-HPCL TT at the terminal:

 As you know, many of the HPCL terminals also serve as the filling point for non-HPCL TT (i.e.

TTs of IOCL, BPCL, Reliance, Nayara, NRL etc.). Kindly confirm if any sort of inspection is

being carried out on these non-HPCL TT's from HPCL's end. 

 Also, please let us know if we need to perform any inspection for of these non-HPCL TT's.
