I think that the most frequent work patterns in our country are migrant work, self-employment,
shift work, fixed-term/temporary contract.
An advantage in
Migrant work is that you can get experience in different jobs but you don’t have constant contract. For
employers are very bad because a staff changes frequently.
Self-employment is that no one is leading you but you have a lot of worries
Shift work is that you have free days a week but working hours are longer
Fixed-term contract is very useful for employees because they have stable financial position.
Temporary contract is contrary because you can’t feel safe and the job you can lost at any time.
For employers the fixed term contract is very useful because you have worker for at least one year and
the temporary contract are quite good if you need a worker for a few mounths
Teleworking is absolutely good work patern because you can work although in another country
hovewer the eye contact is better if you want to achieve the best results
What are the employment trends in our country in terms of length of work, types of contract,
employers and employees? self-employment, and unemployment?
I think that the employment trends is quite good in our country although most people say that there is
no job . But the problem is not in our country, the problem is with the workers who is complain more
than work.
Types of contract are quite various in LT but talking about the terms of length of work is very unfair
because if you are young and don’t have it so its complicated to find a job after graduation.
