Pediatric Rotation: Shadowed and observed pediatric dietitians in the inpatient eating

Food Service Rotation: Assumed management functions and oversaw daily operations in
procurement, distribution and service. Participated in budgeting, requisitioning and ordering
procedures. Conducted in-service training for full-time food service staff.

Community Rotation: Completed ACEND offered online courses on Counseling, Coaching,
