Notice on Transfer of Personal Information Following Spin-off

Doosan Corporation (hereinafter, the “Company”) plans to establish Mottrol Co., Ltd.
(tentative name) (hereinafter, the “NewCo”) by spinning off its Mottrol business division
(hereinafter, the “Spun-off Division”). The Company has obtained resolutions of the board
of directors and the general shareholders’ meeting regarding the contemplated spin-off as above
(hereinafter, the “Spin-off”) on September 4, 2020 and October 20, 2020, respectively, and the
closing date of the Spin-off (hereinafter, the “Closing Date”) is scheduled for November 24,
2020.

After the Spin-off, all personal information that we have held in regard to the Spun-off
Division, including the personal information of customers or clients as well as the Company’s
officers and employees (including those of the Company’s subcontractors or labor supply
agencies) who conduct duties related to the Spun-off Division, will be transferred to the
NewCo. The NewCo will manage the personal information transferred to it in a secured
manner and will process it only for the original purpose at the time of such transfer. If you
