2.1 Individual Participants

2.2 Company Participants

If your company is paying for the course then please arrange to send a service/work or purchase
order along with this registration form. Please note that the course fee is net of any tax including
withholding tax therefore the service/work or purchase order should mention the prices given
below to compensate for 7% withholding tax deductions.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Limited numbers of seats are available. Availability is on first come first served basis.
2. Registration form along with your cheque or company purchase/service/work order
should reach us at Phi Tech Solutions, A-125, Lala Rukh, Wah Cantt, Pakistan
3. The individual participant’s seat will only be confirmed after the encashment of the
cheque. A confirmation email will be sent by info@phitech.com.pk once the payment is
received.
4. Course content will be same as offered by AspenTech in their training centres around the
globe.
5. The detail of course contents are provided in the attached PDFs and can also be found at

6. AspenTech will provide all the course material.
7. Individual computers will be provided to each participant for performing the workshops
during the training course.
8. For hand-on exercises, AspenTech will provide a software license to each participant for
the duration of the training course.
9. Training is based on hand-on exercises developed using specific areas of process industry
as examples.

 10. After the training, the participants will earn training certificates from AspenTech.
11. Participant must attend all days of a training course to be able to earn certificates for the
training.
12. The training hours will be flexible. Normal training duration is 9.00am to 5.30 pm every day
but is likely that it may prolong up to 6.30pm. Please plan your evenings accordingly.

Training Cancellation Policy

If you decide to withdraw from the course, you must notify Phi Tech Solutions by calling on the
phone numbers (+92 306 560 0510, +92 51 453 3799) or email (info@phitech.com.pk) on or
before 15 September 2014 for a full refund. Please note that Phi Tech will not take any
responsibility for emails that are not received for any reason and therefore, it is recommended that
phone is used for cancellations. This policy is applicable even if there is an unforeseen security
situation arises but the course is NOT cancelled.

There is no refund or credit for cancellations received after 15 September 2014 and the
individual participant or company will be liable to pay any outstanding fee according to the full fee
structure. However, substitutions will be accepted. In case of refund only the actual amount
received by Phi Tech Solutions will be refunded. Any tax withheld from the payment will be not be
refunded.

Phi Tech Solutions reserves the right to cancel or postpone the courses for any reason (foreseen
or unforeseen). In that case, your fees will be completely refunded and Phi Tech will inform the
participant on the mobile number provided through phone call and SMS and also email.
