1. What is your own concept of physical education?

Like the engineers work, an example of skilled work, sometimes they are in the field so the good outcome of the
project depends on them and the performance of the engineers depends on the good health of them. Being active
and mindfulness improves work performance in all areas and the workers can work many hours that increase
productivity. Manual labor on the other hand involves physical activity to perform such work. This will also
contribute particularly on the physical aspect of health. Having good sleeping patterns involves on dealing on having
a healthy lifestyle and a person who focus on getting quality of sleep can enhance and able to maintain high levels
of performance no matter what the challenges of one industry may be. The more skilled employees are, the more
efficient they will be and the more they will be able to produce so the to achieve this goal everyone requires to have
a good health because it can boost an intellectual condition. Even the skilled work cause a stress to others it can
overcome by keeping and staying healthy. Eating healthy can keep energy levels stable, can help manage weight,
focuses and sharpen overall cognitive abilities that somehow needed of skilled workers in a skilled work. It is better
because a healthy life can boost personal mood, reduce stress, a person can feel better for it unlike the unskilled
work that may cause hard working. I chose skilled work rather than modern style because it involves lots of exercise
that is good in our physical health, physical activity is much important for a for a healthy lifestyle.

Directions: Make your own fitness test that will measure one’s cardiovascular endurance,
muscular endurance, strength, flexibility, body composition, power, speed, agility,
coordination, balance, reaction time. Each component should have separate test. Use separate
sheet if necessary. Your activity should range from the easiest exercise to the most difficult.

Example: Flexibility Test


1. Standing Hamstring Stretch
 Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart,
knees slightly bent, arms by your sides.
 Exhale as you bend forward at the hips, lowering
your head toward floor, while keeping your
head, neck and shoulders relaxed.
 Wrap your arms around backs of your legs and
hold anywhere from 45 seconds to two minutes.
 Bend your knees and roll up when you're done.
