Secret of Ang Sang and Wahe Guru, that's the question, are you agreeing.

Students: Yeah.

YB: There are two most important things in human life. And they are all gift and they are
called Ang. Ang, from that Ang, Guru Nanak gave the second Guru the name, Angad. Gad, gad
means lap. Gad means...

Students: Lap.

YB: Ang means the limb, you are limb of my lap, it means you are, you are my heart. In projected
sense it means that. So word Ang is very important in, in purification sense and only those who lose
limbs know what a value of a limb is. And also each organ is a limb, all working limbs we have. So
word Ang and then there is a word Sang, Sang means Jamath, Sang means Jamath Karamath, that's
what Guru Gobind Singh said. When the Bahadur Shah said, what is the biggest Karamath, what is
the biggest miracle on the Earth, he said Jamath. So Sang means together, from where the word
comes Sangat, Sangat. Sangat means together to be redeemed, gat means to be redeemed.

So word Sangat came from that word Sang, Ang Sang, these are two fundamentals, these are two
polarities, Ang, Ang, means elementary and Sang means with it which runs it, actually it is the two
energy, positive and negative, explained in a, in a projected word and it is Naad and Naad of Ang is
Au-ng, the Naad of the Ang is Au-ng and Naad of the Sang is Saa-ung, it goes to the female voice
and that is Sang. It, it ends in the depth of the female voice, it does not stay as male. And from this
word come Sangat and just chant in the, in the playnaad. Playnaad mean play
sounds, shabad, shabad, Ang Sang, Ang Sang, Ang Sang, Ang Sang, back and forth. Try it, see
what it does to you, Ang Sang...

Students: Ang Sang, Ang Sang.

YB: Don't do this, just, just within that tip of the tongue, Ang Sang.

Students: Ang Sang.

YB: Hey, this with thirty-six meridian, Ang Sang.

YB & Students: Ang Sang, Ang Sang, Ang Sang, Ang Sang, Ang Sang....

YB: Touch the tip with the upper palate.

YB & Students: Ang Sang, Ang Sang, Ang Sang...

YB: You are getting there.

YB & Students: Ang Sang, Ang Sang, Ang Sang, Ang Sang, Ang Sang...

YB: Concentrate at the tip of the nose and listen your voice in the inner ear.

YB & Students: Ang Sang, Ang Sang, Ang Sang, Ang Sang...

YB: Now bring it from the navel.

Students: Ang Sang, Ang Sang, Ang Sang, Ang Sang....

YB: So, look at the tip of your nose, sing it with the tip of the tongue and pull the tip of the navel point,
let us do it. Ang Sang...
Students: Ang Sang, Ang Sang, Ang Sang, Ang Sang...

YB: Ang, Ang, Ang.....

Students continue: Ang Sang, Ang Sang, Ang Sang, Ang Sang...

YB: It is giving you a send off. Ang, Ang, Ang...

YB & Students: Ang Sang, Ang Sang, Ang Sang, Ang Sang...

YB: Now, Ang Sang Wa He...

Students: Ang Sang Wa He Guru...

YB: Ang Sang...

Students: Wa He Guru...

YB: Ang Sang,

Students: Ang Sang Wahe Guru,

YB: Ang Sang,

Students: Wahe Guru, Ang Sang Wahe Guru,

YB: From the navel.

Students: Ang Sang Wahe Guru, Ang Sang Wahe Guru, Ang Sang Wahe Guru, Ang Sang Wahe Gur
u...

YB: Play that, play that, play to this tune. Ang Sang...

(A tape is played and students chant the Ang Sang Wahe Guru with the tune)

YB: Put the tape on, but you continue, don't change your note, keep up, keep up, keep up. Heavy,
heavy, get deeper...

(Tape 'Ang Sang Wahe Guru...' is played)

YB talks over music: Continue, beat it, your concentration must beat the music. Concentrate...

Students: Ang Sang Wahe Guru, Ang Sang Wahe Guru....

YB & Students: Ang Sang Wahe Guru, Ang Sang Wahe Guru, Ang sang Wahe Guru...

YB: Inhale, open your eyes.

(The tape and the chanting stop)

This is one thing you do to reach your thirty trillions atoms. And when this mantra becomes sidh, the
universe and the understanding of universe for you will be joke, there is no problem in that. Do you
understand?

Students: Yes sir.

YB: This rain is not going to stop, therefore don't even try it, just don't (?) to understand, see. Now
you understand Ang Sang Wahe Guru,

Students: Yes sir.

YB: The sound of

the Naad is Ang Sang Wahe Guru, Ang Sang Wahe Guru, Ang Sang Wahe Guru, Ang Sang Wahe G
uru, Ang Sang Wahe... You chant this in sushmana, the central naadi naad, Ang Sang Wahe... It will,
it will do it quick, rather than left and right, get to the center of it. Now let us do with the center,

YB and students: Ang Sang Wahe Guru, Ang Sang...

YB: Hey you know it, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.

Ek Ong, you got that, Ek Ong, you got that, Ek Ong Kar; Guru Nanak was the only one who made
you to understand the word Om in the sense it should be done in the Naad, so it is, Ek Ong Kar, right.
Now the same way Ang Sang Wahe Guru, Ang Sang Wahe Guru, Ang Sang...

Students: Ang Sang Wahe Guru, Ang Sang Wahe Guru, Ang Sang Wahe Guru...

YB: In sushmana, in sushmana, in sushmana, in the neutral Naad, Ang Sang Wahe Guru...

YB & Students: Ang Sang Wahe Guru, Ang Sang Wahe Guru...

YB: Where throat, where throat and palate meets.

YB & Students: Ang Sang Wahe Guru, Ang Sang Wahe Guru.....

YB: Good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, relax, relax, relax, you want more rain, if we
stop not chanting, we will be wet here. So just don't chant anymore, it will go away.
