Personal Profile

A recent graduate from the University of Southampton with a degree in Economics meaning I have the academic
understanding of the world around me. I am an enthusiastic and hard working individual with a can do attitude,

Recent Career History

Lloyds TSB International, Senior Banking Advisor 07/2010-Present

I was promoted after a short time within International to join a pilot team due to recognition of my skills, the team
promoted international to HNW and UNHW customers. I would deal with day to day enquires from new
customers, as well as being a Business Development manager by visiting various private banking offices and
provide MI data for the team.

Key Achievements
 Getting promoted after only 4 months within a role
 Being in contact with all stake holders of the business from band 2s all the way to advisors
 Gaining other experience, such as, going out to other offices and promoting international, training
colleagues on spotting potential leads
 Gained recognition for my hard work with an extra bonus

Lloyds TSB International, International New Business Advisor 03/2010 – 07/2010

Recent started my career with Lloyds TSB International. I joined a small, busy team of advisors, promoting the
Premier International Account and other accounts on offer. My roles involves taking the customer through the
journey of joining Lloyds TSB International, ensuring the customers’ needs are met, providing excellent customer
services, ensuring all stake holders are communicated with and meeting targets.

Key Achievements
 Improvement in sales since joining the business, being third in the total number of accounts and savings
opened in the team. I achieved this through being enthusiastic and hard working.
 Hitting my target on funds attractions by providing a good level of service to the customer and building
relationships with colleagues within Private Banking and the BDMs.

Lloyds TSB, Telephone Banking Advisor 01/2009 – 03/2010

In January ’09, I started my career within Lloyds TSB as a Telephone Banking Advisor. I joined a team of advisors in
a busy, sales and customer focused environment. My role involves being the first point of contact of Lloyds TSB
customers, providing excellent levels of customer service, ensuring customers’ needs are met while also promoting
sales, meeting targets and following compliance guidelines.

Key Achievements
 Improvement in sales since starting with the business, achieving 150% of my Q3 target. I achieved this
through hard work and good behaviour, applying what I have learnt in training.
 Receiving recognition for my excellent customer service by achieving 10/10 gold QA calls and 10/10 NPS. I
did this through learning how I need to improve by taking on board any coaching and putting it into
practise.
 Had the opportunity to give presentations on products and services offered by Lloyds TSB, sharing best
practises. By sharing this information, to motivate sales amongst the team, I was able to help the team
achieve its targets.
 During a period when a Team Leader was on holidays, I was nominated to act as a manger during their
absence. Gaining further experience in helping my colleagues to succeed by motivating them to achieve
their own daily targets and coaching them to do so in a manner that also allows for excellent customer
service.
