It is true that it is my great privilege to be working in your highly esteemed company but
please accept this letter as formal notification that I am resigning now from my position
as a Project Engineer due to some personal reasons.

As I began my career, you accepted me and taught me so many things and I’m
incredibly grateful for the opportunities I’ve been provided working on a great team for
the past year. I’ve greatly enjoyed and appreciated the opportunities I’ve had to be
better in project supervision, be a part of supportive team, and work with my fellow
colleagues, which I will certainly take with me throughout my career. And above all, I am
more than grateful for the encouragement you have given me in pursuing my
professional and personal growth objectives.

Rest assured that I will never forget that I was once part of your good company and all
the important learning will be forever treasured.
