METHODOLOGY

3.1 Research Methodology

The research method we use is the action method, which we research by

conducting interviews with people involved in Octoberfest. Through this method,
we can collect accurate data based on fact.

3.2 Interview Method

We use the interview method to get accurate information. We prepare

severaal questions to gather information about Octoberfest.

The question is:

1. What is Octoberfest?

2. What activities are there at Octoberfest?

3. Where does Octoberfest come from?

4. Are there activities that are typical of Octoberfest?

3.3 Analysis Data Method

We collected 3 sources as accurate evidence of the results of our research.

We also recorded videos and interviewed them with questions that included
enough information. Our analysis of the data we have collected is quite good. From
these sources we as researchers greatly appreciate the activities we examined. The
data provided by the resource persons has also been well presented, therefore
through this method or research, information about Octoberfest is very clear.
 CHAPTER IV

CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION

4.1 Conclusion

We concluded that through the mini research we had conducted on the

Octoberfest program, we were increasingly adding more knowledge about culture
from Germany. As a young generation and students who have special language,
this kind of activity is very useful. And considering that foreign languages and
English are very necessary nowadays. Because at the time of the industrial
revolution 4.0, we as a generation of young people are required to be able to
communicate in different languages, and this is very important in the world of
work and government. In this Octoberfest activity is also very positive because it
can also build the good character of each individual who participates. In this
activity, many participants can show their talents or potential. So we conclude this
activity is very good and very useful for students and participants who took part in
this event

4.2 Suggestion

For the suggestion, we as researchers highly appreciate the committee and

participants, but there is one thing that must be kept in mind, as Indonesian
citizens, don't forget their own culture. Do not let foreign cultures colonize or take
over in the lives of Indonesian people. Therefore, we advise young people to
respect the culture owned by their own country. Be proud of being an Indonesian.
