Indian Trail PTO General Meeting Minutes

Thank you to those of you that attended our bi-monthly general board meeting this past week. For those that would like
to catch up on what was discussed, you may find the meeting minutes ​HERE​. Our next general meeting will take place on
January 10, 2021 at 7:30pm. If you have ideas for us before then, please ​email​ and let us know!

Last Call for Indian Trail PTO Spirit Wear - ​ORDER BY WEDNESDAY!
Head over to ​the PTO website​ and select the “For Sale” menu. ​Order by 11/18​ and we will have items to you prior to
winter break. If ordering spirit wear as a holiday gift, please ​email us​ so we can make arrangements for discreet delivery
or pickup.

Holiday Gift Drive

It’s time for our annual gift drive for local children in Family Focus’ Right From the Start program. If your family is able to
assist, please click ​HERE ​to visit our SignUpGenius page for all the details and to sign up.

Our helpers will deliver all the gifts to Family Focus for distribution to families in time for the holidays. While we can’t
get together this year to wrap and deliver the presents, we are grateful to have an opportunity to assist families again,
especially in this difficult year. We have fewer gift assignments this year, so we recommend signing up right away!

D112 PTO Council Virtual Food Drive

During this challenging year, the Moraine Township Food Pantry needs our support more than ever. Each year our PTO
holds multiple food drives. Since the food pantry is not able to accept physical food donations at this time, please
consider making a monetary donation equal to what you would typically spend on our PTO food drives. Click on the
