BRIEF OVERVIEW OF MY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


 Maintain day to day Inventory books.
 Maintain Petty Cash Book & cash handling.
 Preparation of various reports for senior managers.
 Receive, Check, Verify and Process invoices for payment.
 Maintain day to day Inventory Accounts & reporting to the senior management.
 Preparation of month end Inventory Report and maintain of all type inventory vouchers entry.
 Ensuring that information is accurately collated & recorded accordingly.
 Manage & maintain the contact details of existing suppliers and try to find new suppliers.
 Preparation of annual requirement and analysis it with previously generated requisitions.
 Provides Customer facilitation and Bank Sales promotions services to walking customers.
 Sale Bank investment and insurance plans to bank account holders
 Type in data provided directly from senior management.
 Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
 Verify data by comparing it to source documents
 Update existing data, produce reports, retrieve data as requested
 Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
 Sort, organize and store paperwork after entering data
 Any other tasks/assignment and duty as assigned by the management when required.
