BRIEF OVERVIEW OF MY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain day to day Inventory books. Maintain Petty Cash Book & cash handling. Preparation of various reports for senior managers. Receive, Check, Verify and Process invoices for payment. Maintain day to day Inventory Accounts & reporting to the senior management. Preparation of month end Inventory Report and maintain of all type inventory vouchers entry. Ensuring that information is accurately collated & recorded accordingly. Manage & maintain the contact details of existing suppliers and try to find new suppliers. Preparation of annual requirement and analysis it with previously generated requisitions. Provides Customer facilitation and Bank Sales promotions services to walking customers. Sale Bank investment and insurance plans to bank account holders Type in data provided directly from senior management. Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures Verify data by comparing it to source documents Update existing data, produce reports, retrieve data as requested Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation Sort, organize and store paperwork after entering data Any other tasks/assignment and duty as assigned by the management when required.
