CERTIFICATION:- Documents, drawings, test certificates, ATEX certificates, relevant component
certificates, shall be submitted for review and approval.
SPECIFICATION:-
Distribution Board with 5 nos. hole suitable for 4 sq. mm power cable , 2No. MCB 2A , 2P and 2.5
sq.mm cable . wall mounted type, suitable for Pin type cable lugs connections.
All terminal blocks shall be mounted on din rail. Junction box shall have earth stud.
Distribution Board shall have Auxiliary relay (230V coil supply) with 2 nos NO & NC contact.
earthing terminal block shall be provided.
6 No. terminal block for power connection. with mimumim rating 20 A
10 No. terminal block for Control connection.
1 No. main incomer (power supply ) ( suitable for termination of 3C x 4sq.mm power cable )

stopper plug.

Distribution board shall be suitable Ex-d type and suitable for hazardous area zone- 1&2, IIB, T3,
support/wall mounted type.
The degree of ingress protection shall be minimum IP65 and corrosion resistant.
Distribution board shall be provided with 45nos hole.

PVC outer sheath Cable)power cable (main incomer and outgoing power feeder)
• 6 No. power terminal block suitable for 3Cx4sq.mm power cable with rating 20 A
• 2No. suitable for 3Cx2.5 sq.mm control, at bottom. These holes shall be provided with stopper plug
of nickel plated brass (Ex-de type).
• 10 No. control cable terminal block suitable for 3Cx2.5sq.mm control cable.

2 No. Ex'd Nickel Plated Brass Stopper Plug shall be provided with the JB Suited for Hazardous area
zone-1& 2, IIA/B, T3. One suited for one input cable entry, and the second for the output cable entry.
cable entries shall be provided in the JB for cables as specified in previous point. All cable entries
shall be ISO metric threaded.
The terminals shall be suitable for the core sizes specified.
Earthing terminals shall be provided on the inside of the JB. They shall be nickel plated brass
complete with bolts, nuts, washers of suitable sizes.
earthing bar shall have 6 hole termination.
JB covers shall require tools to remove. They shall not be removable by hand.
JB shall have tag plates, which shall be SS and securely fixed with screws.
All cables shall be bottom entry only.
PJB shall be provided with canopy.

for cable termination. DB & junction box shall be mounted on free standing
metallic structural support along with sunshed canopy. Metallic structure support
shall be compact in size and shall be provided as part of DB.
c) Cable entry at bottom side. Ex-e junction box shall have 1 no. of M32 hole, 3 nos.
of M20 holes & 3 nos. of M25 holes in junction box for cable entry.
All these holes shall be closed with Ex-de type nickel plated brass stopper plug.
e) Main incomer 32A RCBO, 100mA, 2P = 1 No. (suitable for termination of 3Cx25sq. mm power
cable).
f) Outgoing feeder 10A MCB, 2P = 6 Nos. (terminal block shall be suitable for termination of
3Cx10sq.mm power cable).
