Discussions :

• Based on the review of the technical data and installation methodology submitted by Mr.
Enriquez, the Forthress Panels they are supplying is the same with the Fahstwall Panels.
The Forthress panels is also available in 150mm thick, 120mm thick, 90mm thick (which
we are currently using) and 75mm thick. The only difference is that Fahstwall has its own
adhesive compared to Forthress panels which uses heavy-duty adhesive of ABC brand or
Bostik brand.

• Another difference between the two panels is binding of the joints of 2 panels. Current
method we used on Fahstawll panel joints is using meshtapes. In Forthress panels, the
joints are bounded with a mixture of non-sag epoxy and silica sand.

• The surface preparation of Forthress panels could be Zemcoat or Skimcoat.

• Same with Fahstwall panels, the Forthress panels could be used in floor slab.

• The will provide us with a complete technical team to advise us with all the solutions for
the Problems that we may face with fasht wall.

• Cost per Panel (90mm thick) : Php 1,400.00 (currently we get Fahstwall panels at Phil-
China at Php 1461.15 per panel)

• Terms of Payment : 30% down payment - 30 days PDC

70% upon receipt of items - 30 days PDC
