    GENERAL INFORMATIONS
     N. 32 teams from 18 different countries will participate to the International Contest in Casargo, Lombardy. N. 8 teams come
    from italian schools, N. 20 from schools in the area of European Union and n. 4 from extra-EU schools
     Each team could have a delegation of maximum 7 people: 4-5 students and 2-3 adults (teachers and responsibles/directors)
     Competition for all teams will take part in the new didactical kitchen in the CFPA in Casargo in order to have the same work
    conditions for each team
     Most of the teams will be hosted in the boarding school of CFPA Casargo and some team will be hosted in the boarding school
    of PFP Valtellina in Sondalo (Lombardy), a school partner of Casargo. The teams located in Sondalo will take part to the competition
    on Wednesday and the organization will provide for free transports between the two schools
     All accomodation, food and transports are free for participants
     There will be three special dinner with Authorities, Sponsors and Special Guests during the event: Welcome dinner in Casargo
    on Sunday 17 evening, Valtellina lunch in Sondalo on Wednesday 20 and Gala dinner in Casargo on Friday 22
