    ○ But, it continues to be wasted and polluted by humans every single day

    Wonder (W)
    ● How did the Bolivian government think it would be a good idea to prohibit its citizens from
    collecting rainwater for drinking, irrigation, and other uses?
    ○ Did the government even once think about how selfish, careless, and disturbing it is
    for them to just ban their citizens from a necessity of life?
    ○ Did they not take into consideration how people would react to this? Or how this could
    potentially cause a civil war?
